Spanda, The Involuntary Kriya Yoga for Faster Self Realization

In Kriya Yoga so far, the kriyas were taught. Meaning, Kriya Meditation had to be practiced. Kriya Physical Exercises also had to be practiced.  Meaning, meditation and all other yogic practices had to be practiced. Here man had to still practice yoga with his will. "Individual will" of the man is the actual problem of his soul that separates him from The God. Kriya Yoga started this way to prepare the humanity for THE NEXT LEVEL KRIYA YOGA that happens automatically.

Whereas in Spanda Kriya Yoga, meditation and all required practice of Yoga happens automatically and effortlessly.  Here, man surrenders his will and the Kriyas happen directly with THE GRACE OF THE GURU.  Guru directly works in all those, in whom these kriyas start. But even here, Thamasik,Rajasik and next Satvik level kriyas happen. 

These Kriyas are being initiated by several others through siddha yoga practice. But all those are meant only to awaken the kundalini but advancing the kundalini with greater personal attention and getting the self realization does not happen with all such gurus who are there in the world. People may dance, or do yoga asanaas or move their hands, legs etc in their presence. But all those are very, very initial and primary level of kriyas.  The real advancement happens only after really connecting to the NATURE and THE GURU of this path. 

These Kriyas may also get initiated remotely but "Adishakti" the first and primary teacher as Nature, would connect those souls to the Guru of this path, Shree Murali for proper advancement of their souls towards self realization.

After surrendering to the Guru of this path, the soul advancement happens at faster rate with the higher level involuntary kriyas. 

Currently this is the fastest path of self realization. Being in that process, they not only move towards god, but as they move, their blocks within the souls would open with the grace of Guru so they can start living good materialistic lives.

As mentioned in Bhagawadgita, the individual soul, like Arjuna, the soul has to surrender his will, intellect and mind to The Guru of this path. Those who seek self realization become perfect disciples to the Guru. God himself comes in the form of Guru to release the souls from the clutches of Nature (Traits and Karma) which will get them liberation. Today, in Kaliyuga, there are several fake disciples who reach the Guru with the mask of self realization.But here, in the presence of The Guru, their such foul plays will not happen. Nature will not allow their such foul plays and in turn they would get badly hurt in their lives. So this has to be remembered, in case you have such bad intentions to reach the Guru of this path.
