Spanda Kriya Yoga

The word SPANDA means vibration or pulsation. In the sacred text called "Spanda Karikas" from Shiva Sutras presented about "Spanda Kriyas" that happens by tuning ourselves to the "Absolute Truth, The Universal Consciousness" whom we call "The God" as per the religions. 

Spanda Kriya is a kriya yoga meditation and yoga that happens automatically without your efforts. Involuntarily with the grace of Guru, they happen. Several people in the world in Kriya Yoga and also in several other yoga methods, they work hard to meditate and experience higher states of meditation But in Spanda Kriya Yoga, meditation, yogic life, harmony in life, peace, materialistic advancement, better health - all these come automatically. 

The word Spanda is the THROB or PULSATION is the dynamic aspect of the divine. So it is creative divine pulsation. Modern scientists discovered that the world was created from the VIBRATION of the FIRST EXPLOSION. Spanda Karikas from Shiva Sutras explained directly by Lord Shiva, say that the vibration or the pulsation is the reality of the absolute, God. We learnt science and we know that the Nucleus is not just inactive. It is so dynamic within and the pulsation cannot be seen. Due to that pulsation the atom is held together. Because of this gravity from the Nucleus, the atoms in every physical thing is held together and thus we have all physical things. 

Imagine a metal wire is stretched and tied to two poles. The actuality of the string is its own illumination and imagine it being stretched and adjusted (which is nothing but its potentiality). The constant work and vibration between the illumination of the string and its potentiality constantly release its potentialities (the sounds you make from that string by touching it). 

In the same way the Nucleus of the whole universe is pulsating continuously generating the "pure energy" that is being used in the world.  We get charged after sleeping which happens, as we get the energy from the cosmos. The Nuclue throbs within itself, with its own awareness. Its own awareness and its own self together are like Shiva and Shakti. They together pulsate giving rise to the constant process of creative manifestation of all possible worlds.  It is the constant pulsation between "the awareness realm of inexhaustible womb of potentialities" (this is vimarsa aspect) and the identity of the original Nucleus (this is prakasha aspect).   

Spanda Kriya happens in you when you tune yourself to the divine pulsation. The divine is like Nucleus. Nucleus is the reason for the existence of all electrons coming to existence. The Protons and Neutrons within the Nucleus continuously work with "Aham Vimarsha". We all know that the Protons and Neutrons make the Nucleus of an Atom. We will have to further get into the contents of Protons and Neutrons. The supreme consciousness is Neutron, inactive which does not have any attributes.

The three aspects of the protons are "Maha Sarasvati - Knowledge, Maha Lakshmi - The material Nature and Maha Kali the power and Dharma Nature (the laws of Nature). Due to these attributes, The Protons want to express themselves, they want to experience the life. But without the help of consciousness (Neutrons), the life cannot take place. So Prakriti (Protons) classified the Neutrons into three aspects for the sake of the creation, its sustenance and dissolution (Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshwara). The work within Nucleus is the unseen work between Protons and Neutrons.

That work is nothing but KRIYA. That working is unseen and it is nothing but Spanda. The vibration. The work between Protons and Neutrons actually generate electrons. They are generated with negative energy with the LOGIC that they always stuck to the positive energy of the protons (which is Nature). So Electrons can always rotate around the Nucleus due to the attraction towards Protons.

The electrons (souls) and the Nucleus (Nature + Supreme Consciousness) form the Matter. In that matter, the electrons have further their own Nucleus, electrons around them. The cycle would be drilled down to so many souls.

Science does not talk about the Electrons and their own Nucleus within. As per the spirituality, the Electrons which are the souls (which have consciousness) and again within their own Nucleus they have their protons and Neutrons and within them, they have electrons too.  Thus souls have their own consciousness, positive, negative energies and within them they have their own Nature (protons with Traits) .

So essentially, all Matter is within the field of consciousness of THE MAIN NUCLEUS from which all other elements came to existence. All the elements (souls and matter) are totally based on THE MAIN NUCLEUS from where all came to existence.

But as the souls are given their own will, due to their own Nature (the combination of main Nature) they developed lot of Negativity which is working against the existence of the COSMIC ATOM.

The picture below presents THE TECHNOLOGY WITHIN NUCLEUS OF AN ATOM. THIS ATOM IS THE SOURCE OF all atoms in the world

This work between the Protons and Neutrons, the energy is generated that sustains the whole cosmos. Electrons have their own will, electrons being souls, they have their own creative, sustaining and dissolution powers (within their own limitation) . With these powers alone, man is able to run his companies, his families, his works and so on. In a way the SAME SUPREME WAY OF WORKING (of the main Nucleus), the man is also working. It means, the man is nothing but the ESSENCE OF THE MAIN NUCLEUS OF THE COSMOS. Imagine CEO of a company being universal (for his company alone). For his company, whatever is required, he would do. But his employees will not be able to have same personality because they actually do not own the company. It is all about ownership. If you have the ownership you will be ready to do all for your company. But employees work only as professionals. Employees would have their own weaknesses and try to work within their own limitations. Imagine, the CEO descending like a normal employee. After a period of time, he forget himself that HE WAS CEO of the company. He remembers only as currently he is just employee. Imagine though he is the owner of the company, he descended down to employee. So he forgets himself that he is the owner of the company and he has descended down to employee and thus he forgets his ownership. In the same way, the man forgets himself about his ownership of the cosmos but simply acts as limited personal. He would forget his universality.  Thus man is filled with many desires, attachments and so on that limits his personality. Due to those limitations, he starts working against THE NATURE.

NATURE is the governance system and the power that is moving all matter of electrons in the world. Remember the KALI aspect of the PROTONS (explained above). Dharma is her first preference. Since she has power she is moving all electrons and matter in the world. Protons (Nature) are also responsible to supply minimum required facilities to the electrons such as breath and life force. It is the same force takes care of the laws of Nature and also moves all souls to get them rid of their karma.

This entire creation came into existence because of the desire of THE PROTONS (THE NATURE), when it is suffering, its counter part, THE NEUTRONS will do something for the existence of the creation and its survival. Especially THE SUSTENANCE energy, Lord Vishnu initiates some process to reestablish the Dharma.


That is how KRIYA YOGA was initiated on the earth. Under the LEADERSHIP of Shree Maha Avatar Babaji, THE INITIAL VERSION of KRIYA YOGA was introduced to the humanity. All gurus, so far taught and campaigned the SCHOOL LEVEL kriya yoga so far on the earth. That KRIYA YOGA prepared certain levels to reach to a level where they are ready to take up the MUCH HIGHER LEVEL OF KRIYA YOGA.

Lord Krishna, many other Gurus along with Shree Maha Avatar Bababji were the lineage for THE KRIYA YOGA. But for THE NEXT LEVEL KRIYA YOGA, LORD KALKI is the Guru who is yet to come to the earth plane physically. But his work by soul has started already on the earth. Shree Maha Avatar Babaji has been working and burning like SUN to start the work of Lord Kalki on the earth through Kriya Yoga.

KRIYA YOGA so far introduced was fast, but even that is falling behind to meet the requirements of the advancement of the humanity. The technology of PROTONS AND NEUTRONS (The SPANDA KRIYA) that happens within the NUCLEUS (within the source of the creation) is brought down to the humanity under the leadership of Shree Maha Avatar Babaji and Lord Kalki.

Spanda Kriya is nothing but the churning of the consciousness (your own Nucleus). You would touch your own positivity (of protons within) and negativity (electrons within) and churn the consciousness (Neutrons).   The same work of CHURNING THE CONSCIOUSNESS of NUCLEUS was presented in INDIAN MYTHOLOGIES, as SAUMUDRA MANTAN. It is churning of the ocean of consciousness.


How does this SPANDA KRIYA start? 

When man has qualities such as universal thinking, less importance of rationality, kindness, feeling bad about others' problems, praying for others, thinking about religions etc make them TUNED TO THE FREQUENCY OF THE NUCLEUS.

Then, Spanda Kriya of The Nucleus will start. Spanda is movement, vibration, which is THE NATURE of all things in the world. Every thing, every human, in a way deep inside is vibrating due to which they all exist. Without vibration inside, they do not exist. The vibration is due to the work of PROTONS (THE ACTUAL NATURE), NEUTRONS (Their Consciousness) and ELECTRONS (their own Nature). Due to this work (which is the same work in the main ATOM that produced this whole world). Due to such technology within, they exist.

But most of the people do not fall in harmony with the frequency of THE ORIGINAL NUCLEUS. But when they fall, even if they do not meditate, even if they are not religious, this SPANDA KRIYA will start in them.

Some remotely get initiated into this kriya due to the frequency Match with the original Nucleus. But they will be introduced to the GURU OF THIS PATH, SHREE GURU for actual guidance in this path.

Shree Maha Avatar Babaji, many Siddhas, all divine powers, several guru souls are working in the cosmos to cooperate with Lord Kalki to advance the humanity.

This Kriya started in Shree Guru, many years ago, after practice of this Kriya from Himalayas, after his self realization he left his body in an accident. A guru would leave his body and loses all his connections with the body and body related life in spiritual accidents such as these. Since then, Prakriti announced him as Guru and he has been working on advancing his wife and daughter. After 2012, The work related to Lord Kalki and his mission started in him.
